The conference is fully online and will run over two consecutive days: September 25 and 26, 2025.

You can join between 9:00 and 21:00 CET on both days. With multiple sessions and activities running in parallel, you can choose what works best for you—wherever you are in the world.

We’ve designed the schedule to be as inclusive and flexible as possible, so every tutor has a chance to take part.
This year’s conference features three tracks: Kick-start, Develop, and Thrive. Each one is designed around a different stage in your tutoring journey:

  • Kick-start: New to tutoring on Preply? This track is all about building momentum from day one.
  • Develop: This track is about growing your skills—and your credibility.
  • Thrive: For experienced tutors ready to level up, Thrive is about longevity and fulfilment.
You're welcome to join any session you like. But to get the most out of your time, we recommend exploring the track that best fits where you are in your journey.
The conference offers a mix of interactive sessions and activities—all designed to support your growth as an online tutor. You’ll explore topics like qualifications, student engagement, income strategies, and long-term career development.

Sessions: Hear from industry leaders, experienced Preply tutors, Preply team members (“Preplers”), and our institutional partners. They’ll share practical insights, real stories, and tips you can apply right away.

Panel discussions: Join live conversations where experts and tutors dive into current trends, challenges, and opportunities in online tutoring. Bring your questions—it’s designed to be interactive.

Tutor Café: Connect with fellow tutors from around the world, exchange best practices, and build your professional network in a relaxed, supportive space.

Exhibitor hall: Chat with our partners to learn about tools and services that can support your tutoring journey. You’ll get access to exclusive resources, discounts, and downloadable info packs.
