Marilyn is the Senior Executive, Higher Education Relations at Rosedale International Education, where she supports the development and implementation of collaborative partnerships with institutions of higher education.
With a career that includes three decades of leadership in prominent Canadian universities—including Western University, McMaster University, and others—Marilyn most recently served as Vice-Principal, Enrolment Services and Strategic Partnerships at King’s University College at Western University. In this role, she led a business cluster devoted to the identification, development and ongoing support of international education partnerships—leading to implementation of joint degree and non-degree programs. Through her work in recruitment and internationalization, Marilyn exceeded enrolment targets while simultaneously cultivating partnerships with international universities to develop joint academic programs, experiential learning opportunities, and build programs for faculty and student exchanges. Relationship building and advocacy in the education sector are critical in this transformational era of education, and Marilyn has worked with, and learned from, education experts around the world. She has offered her expertise as an invited speaker at global conferences, has served in professional organizations—including the Canadian Bureau of International Education, Canadian Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and Senior Women Academic Administrators of Canada, to name a few—and is an award-winning, published scholar.
Marilyn is committed to utilizing her expertise in international education and higher education advocacy to support the sustainable development and continued growth of Rosedale Global High School.
Cato Rolea serves as the Assistant Director of Digital Transformation at ECCTIS, where he leads initiatives focused on technology enablement, digital service delivery, AI integration, and operational excellence across Government Recognition Services and Global Education Solutions. He is the co-author of 500 Ways to Engage with Generative AI in International Education, a comprehensive guide providing actionable strategies for practitioners to seamlessly integrate AI into their practices. His work emphasizes the ethical, human-centric application of technology to enrich global educational experiences. Previously, Cato served as Senior Global Partnerships Manager at Nottingham Trent University, overseeing university internationalisation opportunities. He also recently co-founded AI for Global Education, a non-profit dedicated to the ethical and effective adoption of AI within international education.
With over 30 years in Ontario’s education system, Pam Turnbull leads academic strategy at Rosedale. She played a key role in shaping the Rosedale OSSD curriculum and professional development programs that ensure global teaching excellence. Pamela has trained educators across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and is a trusted expert in differentiated instruction and transformative learning helping schools deliver a world-class OSSD experience.
Ravi is the Senior Manager of Global Education Partnerships at Rosedale International Education, where he leads school partnership development in strategic markets, including partnerships with international private high schools, public high schools, and university pathway providers in global markets.
Ravi has an extensive background in the areas of strategy, business development, operations, education management, and leadership,with his career extending across educational institutions in the UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and Canada. During his time at British Study Centres, he globally expanded university pathways, and successfully launched the organization in South Asia. As the Business Development Manager based in Germany’s Global University Systems, Ravi built the organization’s brand and affiliates, across both business development and marketing opportunities—monitoring and measuring the growth of 150 agency partners. With a data-driven mindset and more than a decade of experience in the global education landscape, Ravi is committed to supporting our partners in successfully managing K-12 school programs at the local level, while onboarding partners with solutions that meet their needs—and the needs of the next generation of global citizens.

Lizzie oversees the strategic pre-enrolment journey for students. She has held senior roles at the Universities of Surrey, Oxford, and Essex, bringing extensive experience in student recruitment and admissions. Passionate about the transformative power of higher education, Lizzie has worked globally to provide guidance to students, educators, and advisors. A Chartered Marketer, she serves on multiple advisory boards across the education sector, helping shape the future of student engagement and recruitment.
With over 14 years of experience at the University of Toronto, Sagebelle Wu is a seasoned expert in admissions and recruitment, specializing in international outreach. She is passionate about enhancing student experiences and fostering cross-cultural connections, helping students from diverse global backgrounds navigate the path to higher education. Known for her engaging presentations and guidance, Sage is dedicated to supporting students in successfully transitioning to university life at one of the world’s leading research institutions.
Doug Pearce is a senior leader in global education with over 25 years’ experience in international student recruitment, marketing, and partnership development. He has held key roles at the University of Leeds, Advance HE, the University of York and the British Council, where he has helped shape strategies to engage students and partners across more than 55 countries. Doug brings deep insight into the international school sector and has worked closely with counsellors and school leaders worldwide to support student transitions to higher education. His approach combines strategic vision with inclusive leadership and a strong commitment to widening access.
Holding a BA (Hons) in European Business with German from Nottingham Trent University, Doug has a good command of German and Spanish as well as a basic grasp of French and Japanese. He has led large, multicultural teams in the UK and overseas and delivered successful student recruitment campaigns in key markets across Asia, Europe the Middle East and the Americas. Doug specialises in using data and market intelligence to drive results and strengthen institutional engagement with international schools. He is passionate about creating student-centred opportunities that empower learners to succeed on a global stage.
With over a decade of experience in undergraduate student recruitment and admissions, Jessica plays a pivotal role in advancing The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s mission by fostering a diverse student community and spearheading internationalization initiatives. She serves in dual capacities as Aide to the Associate Vice President (Global Partnerships) and Senior Manager (International Student Recruitment).
Jessica is passionate about building inclusive academic environments and works collaboratively across teams to enhance international student recruitment and streamline operational workflows in alignment with the University’s strategic goals. She is dedicated to developing impactful strategies that empower diverse student bodies and strengthen the institution’s global engagement.
Under her leadership, the number of undergraduate international student applications and enrolments has doubled within two years, alongside an expansion in the diversity of the student nationality profile.
Asim is the Head of Teacher Development at Rosedale International Education, where he oversees the quality and management of teacher development and training programs from design, development, to delivery and assessment. In this role, Asim develops training programs to provide Classroom Teachers with the strategies, resources, and tools they need to deliver an engaging and transformative high school program with a focus on higher order thinking skill development and differentiated learning in a 21st century modern learning environment. Prior to his role as Head of Teacher Training, Asim served Rosedale Global High School as Senior Academic Manager, Program Manager and Math Curriculum Designer.
Asim is an expert educator with an extensive background in teaching, instructional design, curriculum development, teacher professional development and academic management. Prior to Rosedale, Asim served as the Department Head for Computational Mathematics in a prestigious Ontario private school, where he taught math, chemistry, physics and computer science. He previously led the development and design of an advanced curriculum for gifted students in mathematics, and his mathematics course design has been recognized by the University of Waterloo. Asim’s deep understanding of the unique process of education has allowed him to help many students achieve high honours at leading mathematics competitions in North America; his alumni have moved on to great success by creating Ethereum and by attending some of the most esteemed schools in the world, including: Brown, Columbia, MIT, Cambridge, University of Waterloo, McGill, Queen’s, University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto.

Fernando serves as the Principal and Director of Technology at Rosedale International Education, where he leads academic delivery and drives technological innovation throughout the organization. His leadership ensures the seamless integration of advanced education technologies, enhancing the quality and scalability of Rosedale Global High School’s programs. Fernando fosters a collaborative team environment, working closely with all functional departments to position technology as both a support mechanism and a key driver of Rosedale’s ongoing innovation and global impact.
With over 25 years of experience in education, Fernando began his career as a secondary school teacher in remote First Nations communities, where traditional education programs often fail to meet students’ unique needs. In the years that followed, he played a key role in advancing some of Canada’s earliest classroom-based eLearning programs, an experience that deeply influenced his career. Fernando has collaborated with Canadian school boards and universities to create tailored online learning environments that combine cutting-edge technology with dynamic curriculum design.
A notable expert and innovator in educational technology, Fernando has designed and managed numerous innovative software solutions used by schools worldwide. He has shared his expertise at international conferences, presenting to educators across North America and Europe. Fernando is passionate about leveraging technology to create student-centred learning environments and committed to promoting successful learning outcomes through active engagement.
